Recently installed 4 large uPVC tilt and turn windows through Ali & his team at Next Gen. Great service and seamless installation. Wanted to increase the thermal capacity of my place and the windows are already making a big difference. Super happy!

We had old wooden balcony doors that were too tall to swing outwards. Ali came and advised on a good solution. Communication was good and plenty of notice of installation day. The work was professional and efficient and we have very happy with our new doors.

The product (front door) and installation were great. The only thing that marred the experience was we were constantly being pushed to replace even more stuff in our house, even though we said we weren't interested. We asked for a quote to replace two windows. They insisted on taking measurements of around 5 windows and a sliding door, which weren't even in the scope of works. My wife told them if they were going to do that, the extras needed to be quoted separately. They added them to the quote anyway. Even when i asked for the quote to be redone with only the items we had specified, there was some resistance. It took some insisting and a couple of days before we finally got the quote we had originally asked for.

We looked at 5 UPVC double-glazed window providers in Melbourne. Ali and his team of installers were the best in knowledge, professionalism and price. It came down to two providers and NextGen was our choice. It was the attention to detail and Ali listened. The windows are facing south west and are elevated so exposed to harsh sun and cold winds. We wanted protection without compromising on our view. We now have amazing floor to ceiling windows and sliding door with catflap. They look spectacular, and have made a difference to lowering our power bills as well as a noise barrier. Well worth the investment.

We went with Next Gen to replace almost all windows and doors in our off the plan build for uPVC units. We dealt with Ali and from measuring up and quoting all the way through to installation and final check we were very happy with the service provided and the quality of the product installed. We appreciated Ali's time in measuring up as we got to discuss what style and window/door features may be the best fit for our home and how we use it. The quote from Next Gen was very competitively priced. Our house was a challenging site for the installers (4 story townhouse, difficult access points), and even with additional building issues causing added difficulty in removal and installation the job was faultless. The installers were professional and did a great job of keeping the site tidy during the instal. We're absolutely thrilled with the quality of the installation and finish. The sound reduction properties are instantly noticeable, and the windows and doors look brilliant and are exactly what was ordered down to the colour to match the OC colour scheme. We would absolutely recommend Next Gen Windows if you're looking to retrofit uPVC to your existing property or if you're building a new home!
